About delivery

Cost

Prices include delivery to the destination you have selected.

Our works usually need individual and carefully crafted packaging. A combined saving is often not possible when there is more than one item per order.

Where possible, any such savings require human judgement so cannot be programmed into the site. We will automatcially refund any excess payment, or you can enquire via the contact page in advance of ordering.

Destinations we will deliver to

We are based in the United Kingdom and will mail to certain countries abroad:

  • Australia
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Canada
  • Cyprus
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Greece
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Japan
  • Luxembourg
  • Malta
  • Netherlands
  • New Zealand
  • Portugal
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • United States

We may agree to ship to other countries by prior arrangement. Whether or not we are able to do so depends on us being able to arrange a reliable and insured service at a cost you are happy with.

Delivery time

Frames are custom-made to order, so there will be a short delay before dispatch of framed works. Depending on our workload, this would typically be around one week. Already finished items such as sculptures should be dispatched sooner – probably three or four working days.

We will tell you an estimated dispatch date when we acknowledge your order, or you can enquire in advance via the contact page.

After dispatch, transit time depends on the destination and other variables such as the efficiency of your country's customs service. UK orders should take three or four days. Overseas orders are likely to take 7–21 days.

Taxes on overseas orders

Each country has its own rules and arrangements regarding taxes on imported items.

Trade between EC countries is tax-free. Outside the EC, there is generally a limit on the value of personal imports up to which goods are free of tax. Above that, tax will be payable. For example, the USA has a tax-free limit of $200. Canada is lower, Australia is higher.

There is no mechanism by which we can deal with taxes on your behalf. Any payment due is in addition to the prices quoted and will be your responsibility.

Limitations of photography and computer displays mean that images of art offered for sale are approximations. Frame option images are simulated by software. Everything looks better in the flesh.
