Items added to your order become unavailable to other buyers for approximately 2 hours. They are returned to the gallery if you have not completed the payment process by then.
You do not have an active order until an item is added from the gallery. If you selected items earlier, it is likely that:
- They were automatically returned to stock because the reservation period expired before payment was made;
- You deleted all the items;
- You paid for your order and the system classes it as complete;
- A technical problem erroneously erased your order. Please contact us if you think this has happened.
